In our third interview, Timothy Costa, Principal in Buchanan’s State Government Relations Practice, spoke with Congressman Adam Kinzinger, U.S. Representative from Illinois’ 16th Congressional District. Kinzinger has been a member of Congress since 2010 when he was first elected to represent the state’s 11th District. After redistricting, he was elected to represent Illinois’ 16th District in 2012, 2014 and 2016.
